Production of Hexamethyl Disiloxane

The Production of Hexamethyl Disiloxane is 62.49g (0.575mol) trimethyl chlorosilane addition to 72.7g (0.06mol) n, n-dimethyl aniline and 7g in a solution of water, heated to reflux 1h. Atmospheric distillation, collecting 98-101℃ fraction, by drying the HMDSO, 43-44g, yields 92-94%. And Industrial production is the trimethyl chlorosilane hydrolysis at 30-40℃.

Hexamethyl Disiloxane is always uses as the end plate agent,silicone oil, silicone rubber, medicine, cleaning agent, mainly used for organic chemical and pharmaceutical chemical production.

Solvent dye is one of the dyes which soluble in organic solvents. In this type of dye structure with less or no hydrophilic groups. In order to increase the solubility in the solvent into long carbon chain alkyl groups in the dyes, the dye is electrically neutral.

Solvent red 23 is yellowish transparent red oil solvent dye  with good heat resistance, good light resistance and strong coloring power, and its color is bright. 

Solvent red 23 is mainly used in coloring of polystyrene, estron, polymethyl methacrylate, ABS resin, rigid polyvinyl chloride, plastic, paint, ball pen ink and the raw liquor of terylene fibre.

Introduction to Vanadium Pentoxide 98%

Vanadium occurs naturally in about 65 different minerals and in fossil fuel deposits. It is produced in China and Russia from steel smelter slag; other countries produce it either from the flue dust of heavy oil, or as a byproduct of uranium mining. It is mainly used to produce specialty steel alloys such as high-speed tool steels.

Vanadium Pentoxide 98%( V2O5) is orange powder and the relative density is 3.357. It's soluble in acid, alkali, slightly soluble in water, and insoluble in ethanol. It is mainly used for producing alloy steel of ferro and vanadium, alloy of aluminium and vanadium and other alloy.
