The Production of Hexamethyl Disiloxane is 62.49g (0.575mol) trimethyl chlorosilane addition to 72.7g (0.06mol) n, n-dimethyl aniline and 7g in a solution of water, heated to reflux 1h. Atmospheric distillation, collecting 98-101℃ fraction, by drying the HMDSO, 43-44g, yields 92-94%. And Industrial production is the trimethyl chlorosilane hydrolysis at 30-40℃.
